‚RDTest Procedure:
An antimicrobial Power was determined By "Test for antimicrobial activity of film contact and light applying method. The bacterial suspension was then to make an initial count of 105CFU/ml with a 1/500 Nutrient Broth. These samples were applied with the Black Light(15W) above 10cm for 1 hour. The bacterial suspension was onto a sample and film cover on the bacterial suspension. The samples were incubated at 20Ž with applying of the Black Light(15W) 10cm of the samples. This test was done in shield. After 24 hours, the number of live bacteria was counted.
