RDTest Procedure:

An antimicrobial Power was determined By "Test for antimicrobial activity of film contact and light applying method. The bacterial suspension was then to make an initial count of 105CFU/ml with a 1/500 Nutrient Broth. These samples were applied with the Black Light(15W) above 10cm for 1 hour. The bacterial suspension was onto a sample and film cover on the bacterial suspension. The samples were incubated at 20 with applying of the Black Light(15W) 10cm of the samples. This test was done in shield. After 24 hours, the number of live bacteria was counted. | ||||
